Kennedy Space Center Tour

The ASCE Space Coast Branch is thrilled to announce our annual NASA Kennedy Space Center Tour! Join us for an exclusive experience led by NASA Civil Engineers!

Event Details:

• Date: August 16th, 2024
• Cost: $125 (includes lunch and a full-day tour)
• 4 PDHs
• Highlights: In the past, locations that we have visited include Launchpads, the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), the Launch Command Center, and more!
• Capacity: Limited to 35 spots. Historically, this event fills up on the first day of registration!
• Waitlist: Once the 35 spots are filled, a waitlist registration will open. The first 15 registrations on the waitlist will be submitted for NASA background checks and may attend if spots open up. Please note, this waitlist may open a few hours to a day after the registration is filled, please keep an eye out.

Important Information:

• All attendees must pass NASA background checks. Foreign nationals must submit additional paperwork, including visa information.
• Meeting Point: NASA Press Accreditation Office at 9:00 am sharp. Please arrive early to ensure you make it on the tour bus.
• Rescheduling: NASA tours may be rescheduled due to dynamic launch schedules. If rescheduled, a full refund period will be offered.
• Refund Policy: Cancel after 07/12/2024: 50% refund. Cancel after 08/01/2024: No refund.
• Due to the dynamic nature of the Space Center, access to certain areas (such as launch pads and command centers) may vary on the day of the tour. 
• Please note that each ticket for the NASA tour is valid for one individual only. Spouses and additional guests are required to reserve their own tickets.
• Only attendees over the age of 18 are eligible to attend the tour.
